The Pharmacy Residency Program at St. Luke’s offers the resident the opportunity to grow and learn in an innovative, dynamic environment. Our residents are exposed to a variety of practice areas and are taught by an enthusiastic faculty. Our residents have access to integrated systems, excellent resources and multiple health care team members all working together to provide quality care to all of the patients we serve.
The Department of Pharmacy Services is proud to offer three residency positions. Our residents spend time at both the Bethlehem and Allentown Campuses and are exposed to educational offerings throughout the St. Luke’s Network. The goal of the program is to provide a high quality, comprehensive education that prepares residents to compassionately meet the needs of patients. Upon graduation, residents will be self-directed learners possessing clinical competencies, leadership and professional skills and will have the confidence to excel in diverse practice environments. The program is accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP). The program follows the Residency Learning System (RLS) Model developed by ASHP.
